Moving to Auckland in 1990, Ifran has grown up in the South Auckland area. He has seen the changing demographics of the South Auckland suburbs, and has made many friends in all areas and worked numerous roles across the region over the years. He has plenty of knowledge of the area and its changes. It is with this experience and knowledge, Ifran had decided to pursue his career in Real Estate.

No stranger to Real Estate or the Property market, Ifran has a wide network of friends and family who are all buying and selling Real Estate, and has also bought and sold rental investments in the past. Ifran has also worked at different organisations, including the Manukau District Court as a Deputy Registrar doing Civil & Collections enforcement, Order of Examination hearings and dealing with different types of people. Ifran has been working out of the Otahuhu Office since 1st April 2014, where every day since has been a busy day, as there are no shortage of listings and no shortage of work to be done. He has sold numerous properties across South Auckland but has a track record for selling properties at the best prices mainly in the Mangere/Mangere East areas. Over the years he has helped close to 100 families in this area alone either sell their family homes, buy their first home, or upgrade to a bigger home and has made many friends and knows many families living on most streets in the area.
